We found a new user account registered on our website with role Administrator. I deleted it immediately.
We use registration magic to allow user to register.

Hi @antobari81,

There doesn’t appear to be any issue with the forms on your site. Has any new user been registered as administrator since the previous one? If yes, is there any form submission entry for that user in the backend under Inbox?
