Registration form (multi page and depending on answer)

I am making a registration form now using ‘ultimate member plugin’

I want to make the registration form based on the number of pets they have. For example, when a user has two dogs, they’ll enter 2 to answer the question “how many pets they have?” After that, according to that answer, the registration form would like to show two identical forms for entering their pet’s information.

Next, I want to make a registration form step by step system. It means that users enter email and password, and then click the next button. the registration form shows the next form to enter other questions.

If you know how to solve or what I can use plugins to make that system, please help me.
