Registration form link is not consistent

Hi. I created two different registration forms for my website under the following links,
1. https://www.newyorkpianogroup.org/teacher-registration/
2. https://www.newyorkpianogroup.org/performer-registration/When I click them, the the forms appear correctly. However, when I try to access the forms through the group page by clicking ‘Join Group’, both registration forms appear on the same link at /performer-registration. You can check it here,

2. https://www.newyorkpianogroup.org/teachers_group/I would like to direct two different forms to two different pages through the ‘Join Group’ button on group pages. Can you help? Thank you.
