Registration form fields overlap dropdown menu

I use dropdown menus for some of the fields on my registration form. Some of the options in the menus are obscured by other fields which are “below” the dropdown menu, meaning the field overlaps options in the dropdown menu, and the options are not visible and cannot be clicked on.
