It seems that there is a conflict between the plugin. Could you please refer to this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict/ and follow the instruction kindly. This will let you know the cause of the error.

Thank you very much for your detailed reply and instructions. I’ve tested the plugins one by one. It seems there are several plugins that have conflicts with User Registration.
Astra Pro (Version 4.1.4)– I use Astra Child theme, it doesn’t conflict with UR. When enable Astra Pro, issue exists. That’s really frustrating.
WooCommerce (Version 7.5.1)
Travelpayouts (Version 1.1.7)
Yatra – Best Travel & Tour Booking Plugin (2.1.13)
I need to use the above plugins. Is there anyway I can deal with the issue while still using UR? I do really love your plugin since I’ve used it on another site and it works fine.

We can confirm the form submission is not effected by the Astra theme and the WooCommerce because the user registration plugin commonly used in these two products.
We recommend you to check with other two plugins and let us know.

Finally, I get to know which plugin bothers me so long. It’s SG optimizer. I deactivated it and now UR works fine on my site. Thank you very much for the help.
