Registering at site

I get a lot of registers to my blogs, however I can’t quite figure out how they are getting to the admin page to do so. Does the average person know that to register at a blog you need to go to/wp-admin? Am I not getting something? There is no link to the admin login page, so I can’t figure out how they are getting to it.
