Hi,
once a user registers, he gets an email for account activation to activate his account. All these works very fine until the user logs out and attempts to log in again which is unsuccessful even as the password is correct. Users have to change their password for them to log in. What is the way around this?

Hi @amoosims,

It looks like a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins.
Can you please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
