    Hi,

    I want to send emails to customers with coupon code who leave items in cart. But the problem is I want to offer coupon code for first time buyers only and for the existing customers (who already placed order on website), I only want to send email.

    May I know how to do this?

    Hello @mmkurhade,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The email templates you have configured ( with all the settings added in the email template ) will be sent/apply to all users who added the product in the cart & left the checkout page. There is no option to find the existing customers or first-time customers & use the different settings.

    But we will discuss this point with our team members and will check the compatibility.
