Registered users show up twice?

We are using Event Manager and Gravity Form for a driving school.

Suddenly, only sometimes a registered user shows up in 2 events, but they have only registered for 1! We have talked to the users, and they are sure NOT to have registered themselves to more than 1 event.

The Events are on totally different dates and times.

Any Idea where to look for the error?

just to confirm, in your registration or booking form; you are only using EM or with Gravity Form and EM integration?

We are using EM for the Events.

We are using EM: Version 5.7.2 and WP Version 4.7.5

Can you clarify whether you’re using Gravity Forms for any part of the booking process?

Which payment gateway are you using?

We are not using any form of payment, the students pay a complete package to the driving instructor.

We are using the Gravity Form to make the subcriction form: http://struerskoreskole.dk/events/15-august-teori-tirsdag-torsdag/

Is that link correct? I’m getting an error when I try to view it.

What do you mean by “subscription form”? I’m still not clear on whether you’ve connected Gravity Forms and Events Manager in some way.

We use Gravity form for the Form.

I’m still getting a 403 Forbidden error when trying to visit

We use Gravity form for the Form.

Integrating Events Manager with Gravity Forms requires custom coding which we’re not able to offer support for.

That is odd – perhaps because you are in another country. We have no problem viewing the page from any computer here in Denmark.
