Registered users can’t enroll

    I just installed your program and built several courses, but I’m having a problem with users being able to access the courses. You can sign up for the course by enrolling, but when you try to progress, it asks you to log in and is not accepting the user information provided.

    I have done conflict tests for theme and plugins, made the default subcriber role “Student” and chosen ‘anyone can register’. The problem isn’t that they aren’t being registered — they are. They just can’t get into the course.

    What have I missed here?

    Hi there,

    Yes, I have checked your site earlier and found the mentioned login issue. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe the Tutor LMS is conflicting with a third-party plugin. Please disable all third-party plugins one by one and try to log in after disabling each plugin.

    Hopefully, you will able to find the conflicting plugin and disable that. If this solution does not work for you, please email us support at themeum dot com to get the solution.

    Hi there I use Tutor LMS plug in and has same issue too. anyway I’m not use many of third party plug in, just Theme Education park / Plug in wp page builder and turtor LMS , So Please Help.

    Hello @cmakaea,

    I have checked your site earlier. But I have not found the dashboard menu on your site. I tried to register on your site through the student registration page. But I couldn’t find the registration page there. Have you removed that?
