After upgrading the plugin the registration no longer works.

Hi @pbr6331 and @dancappdesign,
It seems that there is a conflict between the plugins. Please deactivate all other plugins except User Registration and see if it works or not. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do test registrations at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.

Strangely, it was a collapsible menu plugin that was causing the problem. Disabling it has fixed this and I didn’t need it anyway.

I installed now to 1.8.7 and it works again. However, the only issue remaining is that the admin email fails with ‘5.7.1 Message rejected due to content policy’ while all other emails are being sent out…
Do you have an idea ?

On my registration page, when the user fills in the details and clicks “register”, nothing happens! I have ReCaptcha v3 enabled. Try a solution we were given in the forum to disable all other plugins except user registration and see if it works or not. However, doing so did not allow me to access any add-on or the worpress panel again, so that solution did not work for us
