Register plus help

    I activated register plus plugin in plugin section
    and under settings modified settings and saved them

    but registration is not working on my blog

    I only need two options
    1 allow users to subscribe/register
    with captcha and email verification

    and somelink to unsubscribe

    any help will be highly appreciated
