The “Register” title is taken from the actual page itself. To change it, you can change the page title. The text can be changed by creating an English translation file of the plugin.

Register is not the page title I have used. I have used a different page title and used the shortcode above – it is the shortcode that is creating the Register heading – how can I remove this?
Register For This Site is also existing text – I simply want to remove it – where do I do this?

this is really annoying – I just want to edit the text that says:
Register For This Site
This must be in an existing file somewhere?? surely I do not have to create this custom.php file to manage this? I just want to know where I go to edit it??
Sure, you can change the text in the core plugin files. But then, every time you update the plugin, you have to change it again.
