Hello,
After registering as a seller he/she will get his own dashboard and store page. Seller have to upload his product to sell in his own store. But after registering as a seller he will not able to start selling. Because admin needs to enable his selling. If you need more information then let us know.

My question is what better way so that when there is a new account , all items that have already registered go to the profile of the new seller, without his having to register manually!

I am not clear about your question.
If a seller used to use the backend to create products, then those products have his name as author. So as he is already registered on your site and has his own products, he does not need to register again. He will be able to see all his products in Dokan dashboard after logging in.
The main thing is the author name. If the products does not have the sellers name, then you have to assign the seller manually.
You do not understand , make all sellers have the automatic products , without having them even register.

You have to make sure that you have set you permalinks correctly. The permalinks settings should be like- “Post name” and “Product”.
