register link is dead

    Hi there.

    My site is http://www.thebutterflytemple.com

    The ajax plugin seems not to work at all. The ‘register’ link is dead. I followed advice on the forum to disable all plugins – this didn’t help.

    Also tried registering through WP dashboard and that works. I have enabled registration of new users in the General Settings. I have tried on different computers and different browsers. No Joy.

    Any ideas?

    hi,

    just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    I have done these things and they don’t help.
    The Ajax plugin doesn’t show up on the 2015 default theme. It shows the WP login and that works.
    Deactivating all plugins doesn’t help.
    Any other ideas?
