Since you have already tried changing the theme and the issue persists, it strongly suggests that:
- A plugin conflict is triggering the crash during registration
- Or a server-side PHP error occurs when the vendor form is submitted
To isolate the issue, the standard troubleshooting approach is:
- Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Dokan
- Test vendor registration again
- If it works, reactivate plugins one by one to identify the conflict
Additionally, checking the WordPress recovery email (if received) may help identify the exact plugin/file causing the crash.
