This is a screenshot from a customer who was trying to make a purchase.
It looks like the customer visited your website from another application other than a normal web browser that seems to be not fully configured. I did some research and unfortunately everything I’m coming up with points to the app developer themselves needing to add some code to their application.
You can ask the customer to purchase via their normal web browser.
I’ve seen use cases where the plugin is used in a mobile app and works fine so, do you know from what app the customer visited your website?
I have asked the customer; she was not really sure. She said maybe Google, but I think she means Chrome. I guess I will just wait for someone else to say something or find someone I know in that area to give it a try. Thank you for your time. Excellent Plugin.
