Regex not finding obvious matches

Searching for myftpupload.com2 (which should eventually be myftpupload.com/2) returns results.
Searches for myftpupload.com[2], myftpupload\d, myftpupload\d+, myftpupload[0-9] all yield nothing.
Long-time user of earlier versions of this — is there a settings changed I overlooked?

Turns out that the problem was GoDaddy’s overly aggressive caching. My earlier find/replace passes had actually worked, but the dashboard was displaying uncorrected cached versions of posts in /wp-content and not the latest corrected version from the database. Clearing the cache solved the problem. But it shouldn’t have been necessary — site admins shouldn’t be served cached content anyway. Don’t see where to turn it off, but that’s a GoDaddy problem not a search-regex problem.
