Thumbnails are made when you upload images. If you change your thumbnail sizes, use this plugin to make new thumbnails. You should only need to use my plugin very rarely.
I have downloaded regenerate thumbnails
resized the thumbnails in the settings>media
went in and manually regenerated the thumbnails for the images
but nothing is happening. i have been scouring the forums. here is link to one of my images that is not filling up the margins to the left

I have no clue how to code. I am trying to do all this thru visual editor and researching forums and trying stuff out. I apologize if this is duplicitous. Thank you for any help
