Refund Request

I have put in a refund request on February 26 … and have requested periodic updates only to be told that “it’s coming” So when is it coming???? The refund request was made within a day of purchase … the refund should’ve been prompt. The form on your CONTACT US form choosing the Billing or Acct related submission won’t accept my email address. On March 12 you sent an email reply saying you would provide a solution ASAP. Still nothing.
