    I have put in a refund request on February 26 … and have requested periodic updates only to be told that “it’s coming” So when is it coming???? The refund request was made within a day of purchase … the refund should’ve been prompt. The form on your CONTACT US form choosing the Billing or Acct related submission won’t accept my email address. On March 12 you sent an email reply saying you would provide a solution ASAP. Still nothing.

    Finally received the refund this morning. Way too many emails, trouble tickets, and finally this post – to generate any movement regarding receiving a refund. Their refund policy states that you must request within 15 days of purchase which is understandable. my reason for the refund was simple – the Pro theme claimed individual customization. I wasn’t finding enough individual customization.

    I do appreciate finally receiving the refund. However it shouldn’t have taken the amount of time and effort to get my money back.

    And lastly… it wasn’t a true refund. They sent money ….which then the PayPal merchant fees were deducted. Instead of a refund … they sent it as a payment.

    Gross Amount: $149.00 USD
    PayPal Fee: -$6.86 USD
    Net Amount: $142.14 USD

    A refund doesn’t have fees. This is a BUYER BEWARE situation.

    Hello,

    This is related to free theme support forum. You can not submit, related to another things. Don’t ever purchase theme from another vendors without checking features and other things.

    Refunds will depends on situation.
