Refund for the WP Staging Pro Plugin

I had purchased the WP Staging Pro for my client’s website last year in May 2025. I helped them with their website but I have been away from the project since quite a long and I don’t have any access to their website’s backend. I saw in my bank statement and also in my email about the renewal of the WP Staging Pro’s plugin that was charged to me, and I had no idea that the auto renewal was turned on. It is my humble request if you could refund the amount that had been deducted on May 14, 2026 from my personal account. If I would have received any indication about the renewal, I would have made sure to cancel the auto-renewal. I double checked my email, and the last email I received was in 2025.
