hi. the order status is completed. Going back to 1.1.1 and everything is working again. Could finish the refund with 1.1.1. Done.
Withdrawal just is a topic with status “in work” and “completed”. We have a physical shop. Customers will cancel direct after ordering or after receiving the products.
We didn’t change anything about how refunds work in version 1.1.3 and per the previous reply, refunds are working in version 1.1.3 in our test. That most likely means the issue is related to your specific setup.
The refund button’s visibility is controlled by WooCommerce and whether or not the payment gateway supports the refunds feature. That tells me that you have a plugin installed on your site that’s causing the supported feature to return a value of false.

Issue was related to a 3rd party plugin that loaded gateways before the init action. The next release of the plugin will add code so 3rd party plugins can’t affect supported features like this.
