Refund!

I have reported that I want a refund and for some reason I haven’t gotten a response yet. I made my request the same day of purchase due to some issues involving the plugin. As posted under terms a refund is given as long as I request it within 30 days. I want my refund for both plugins. I’m making this public since they refuse to acknowledge my last email.
