• After lots of tooing and frowing with Support unsuccessfully i decided to ask for a refund to be told that as it was after 30 days from purchase i could not have a refund. That’s the price of patience!

    Hey Jackie,

    I’m sorry about this but it seems your payment is almost 9 months old.

    We do offer refunds in the first 30 days after the purchase, but our payment gateway does not allow refunds after such a long time.

    However, this support forum is only related to the free plugin, not the pro one.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and refund discussions.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
