    I need a form that can track of the submissions that come from different referral or affiliate links?

    Can this form keep track of submissions from specific affiliate/referral links?

    Hello @gentixharavina,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear friend, if you have the same form on different pages and you want to know from which page certain submissions have come, then this is possible with our product.

    In email options section > custom text to Administrator > you can choose Page URL placeholder and in your email, you’ll see the link from which form was submitted.

    I have made a quick video to show where you can find that option.
