Redundant/Double Check box label

Hello,

I am using MailChimp for WP, and at MailChimp for WordPress › Integrations › Registration Form, when i check the box “No” in the “Implicit?” section, there are 2 check boxes in my register form pop up. A screen cap is here.https://drive.google.com/open?id=1UtHX0MW-zx09BJgtr36FN5P6Gf_SHafw

So, how to I get rid one of it?
