Redirects not working at all?

I’ve implemented over 100 redirects with the plugin, but none seem to working.
Here’s an example.https://www.bigwhistle.co.uk/index.php?route=news/article&news_id=14
should redirect to
https://bigwhistle.co.uk/alba-whistles/Thanks for your help!
