Redirects Not Working

Hi guys, Thanks for the great plugin. I have it working perfectly on multiple sites but for some reason the redirects are simply not happening on this site, I have

http://bitcoin-dice-guide.com/goto/fortunejack/

Set to 301 to

https://fortunejack.com/affiliate/158446/

But it is only resulting in 404s, same for

http://bitcoin-dice-guide.com/goto/betcoin

I have confirmed all the setting are the same as on the other sites.

Why would this be and how can we fix it? Thanks a lot if you can help 🙂
