Redirects for subdomains

I currently use Polylang Pro to handle language translations of my site. This plugin puts each language at a subdomain for a single-site install (See https://familydoctor.org and https://es.familydoctor.org). This becomes problematic with the Eggplant 301 Redirect plugin, because the redirect plugin only allows for relative paths (ex https://familydoctor.org/…). Is there any way to use absolute paths?
