I am unable to reproduce this problem, and there haven’t been other reports.

@johnny5, update on this after looking into this issue. It appears to have something to do with the Query Parameters setting to Exact match in any order, or Exact match. Either of those in this version return 404s for any redirects that have query parameters, and that wasn’t the case previously.
If I update any other redirect source urls to Exact match, the problem persists.
A fix could be to go back through and manually update any problematic redirects, but we have a lot of them with this site. Hopefully this helps point to something in the update to 5.2 that may be causing this?
