Redirections fail for "?lang=zh"

Thanks for a great plugin which works really well. I am not sure if this problem is related to your plugin or the Redirections plugin, so I am posting a support request on both.

URL redirections are failing when suffixed with “?lang=zh”. For example, the URL ‘http://www.travelnasia.com/blog/map-attractions-bangkok-skytrain/’ successfully redirects to ‘http://www.travelnasia.com/blog/bangkok-skytrain-bts-mrt-lines/’ but the url ‘http://www.travelnasia.com/blog/map-attractions-bangkok-skytrain/?lang=zh’ generates a 404 error.

There seems to be no easy way to debug this error as turning off either plugin renders the redirection impossible anyway.
