Redirect url not working

Hi,
I am currently working on the development server and am struggling with the redirect url for quite some time.
It does not seem to be working in certain scenarios.I have a form through another plugin, which is used for requesting a service.
I want to show this form only to ‘logged in’ users. Hence, if a guest visitor clicks on that page, I would like him to be taken to ‘registration form’ through redirect url.I found the UM control for this at the bottom right hand corner of the ‘page’, where I can choose the access level for that page and the redirect url. However, this does not seem to be working.
Even after enabling the settings, the form just opens normally when I log out of admin and visit my site as a guest.
Also, the behaviour is erratic and sometimes it gives a “oops, page not found message”.
However, it does not redirect correctly to the registration page at all.The redirect url does work correctly in ‘User Role – Registration Options’ settings, but not in the ‘page’ settings.
Kindly let us know if this is a known issue or I am not doing some settings correctly.
Btw, I also tried making the whole site only for logged in users, through the ‘Global site Access’ setting. There also, the exceptions did not work. Also, it generated too many error messages.
