Redirect to specific page

Hello,

I have created a color filter and used the shortcode to put it in my home page. The filter is working with the featured products that I have in that page, but what I wanted was to click a color and be redirected to my shop page with my products filtered by the color that I clicked.

Is there any way to achieve this? For example a way to specify a page where the filter must redirect or something like that.
