Redirect to Custom Variable URL

I am hoping that somebody can help me to figure out a way to create a variable redirect to a URL based on the zip code that somebody enters into the contact form 7 field. The entire contact form would have nothing but the zip code field and upon hitting submit it would take the user to a url that would be something like http://example.com/12345 (or whatever zip code they enter. I am anything but a programmer and would greatly appreciate anybody’s help who has experience with this. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.
