Redirect through a custom page

Hello there ,

I like your plugin very much , its really very powerful 🙂

I want to redirect through a custom wordpress page
for example :
the user will see the page “redirect page” for xx seconds before redirect complete

or How I can turn the text field to a page using shortcodes ?!
