Redirect Subscribers

Hello:

I want to redirect the subscribers from home page to another page.

For example: If a subscriber put http://www.example.com the system redirects to wwww.example.com/courses.

But if you are not a login member, http://www.example.com appears normally.

it looks like hotmail.com: If you have an open session and put on you browser “hotmail.com”, the system redirects you to the mail inbox, but if you are only a visitor (or logout member), the main page appears normally.

Do you know how can I do this?
