    WordPress does that redirect for you automatically.

    Hi,
    but I need to save my SEO power.
    How can I use redirect 301 to change permalink structure without loosing SEO?

    WordPress does the 301 redirect from /?p=123 for you – there’s nothing else for that particular situation you need to do.
