I used to use this plugin which worked fine – http://wordpress.org/plugins/freshdesk/

I’ve tried out this new one as it was included in your latest newsletter and I regret to inform you that it does not work.

Users are logged into WordPress dashboard instead of being directed to the Freshdesk site. Yes my helpdesk address, SSO settings, secret key and urls are correct.

Thanks for trying out the plugin.

Analyzed the issue and found a bug. This is now addressed and updated the new version of plugin. Kindly try the same now.

Hi,

It works now – I’ve uninstalled the old one (again) – I feel more comfortable using an officially supported plugin.

I’ll vote this as working with 3.8.1

I’m also having this issue and I’m using the latest version of the plugin.

When I visit my support home portal on Freshdesk (meetmindful.freshdesk.com) and click “Log In”, the plugin directs me to my site’s login form. This seems correct, and I see the proper URL in the redirect parameter. But when I log in I’m brought to the WP dashboard rather than to the Freshdesk support admin area, etc.

I am now closing this 2 month old, resolved, topic as it references an older version of WordPress.
