redirect-errors – ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

hallo and good day

i have issues with the following site-behavior

if i call it like so

http://www.mysite.de

i get the following

the Site does not work propperly the mysite.de has redirected you to many times
pl do erase the Cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

but the following works perfect – if i enter directly the URL

https://mysite.de/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2mysite.de%2Fwp->admin%2Fabout.php&reauth=1
