Redirect broken

My landing page is here http://www.kenyainprophecy.org/go/africa/

On signup, you get Oops! Google Chrome could not find http://www.kenyainprophecy page instead of the redirect page.

This is a big disappointment. I hope it can be fixed or else the plugin is useless.
