Redesigning the site

    Hi,

    I am thinking of redesigning my blog. While I work on changing the CSS, layout etc is there a way for the rest of the world to not to see the changes until it’s 100% done. How do others go about redesigning the site.

    Should I install another wordpress pointing to the same db to have a test environment.
