Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

I have used this plugin . I am getting error that “Your Bigcommerce API settings are not configured properly.Recv failure: Connection reset by peer” Can you please help me ? It is very very urgent. Everything i have entered is correct information , eventhough it is not fetching the data from the big commerce store.
