Recurring product bundles

One of my customers, who is selling petfoods, came up with this request:

– Let customers create their own product bundles and make that bundle recurring at an interval which is chosen by customer with recurring payment

Example: Customer ABC wants to buy two bags of grainfree dog food and one bag of catfood, delivered every month. Every month the customer pays automatically with PayPal

I think I have to combine at least two plugins.

For creating the bundles I think https://barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-bulk-variations/ covers the bundle creating part.

Can I combine it with https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/ to make the customer-created product bundles recurrent?
