In theory, it should be possible to use Vaulting for a customer subscription solution, but the only way you can confirm this, is by testing our solution. With tests, you might be able to specify the requirements of this support request a bit more, and we’ll be able to provide more specific questions. Mainly, we need you to specify what you need our support with and what issue(s) you are encountering.

I saw the support request you opened with Braintree and now understand your request a bit better. Unfortunately, our answer will be fairly similar as what you received there; to do this, you need to look into the PayPal SDK and REST API calls that our plugin uses.
If the solution you are creating is very complex, it would advise using the public forums that are used for these matter or hire a WooCommerce expert.
