Recurring Events

I can’t figure out how to create a recurring event. I can create multiple events with no problem, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to get them to be recurring. I’ve looked all over and there is no check box or anything.

Am I just plain dumb and missing something? Or is something wrong?
