recurring donations paypal pro

Interested in the recurring add on.

I have paypal payments pro which does not include enhanced recurring donations. Just standard. Will I still be able to accept credit card through my site using the standard recurring donations for paypal payments pro? Or do they have to create an account through paypal to do the recurring payments.
