Recurring Daily Events

I just installed the events manager plugin and have gone through the set up process; however, I cannot figure out how to set up recurring daily events. My client is a fishing guide and has 1/2 day and full day guide trips daily… How can I set up the events manager so that people can choose any given day throughout the year to book a guide trip? Any help is greatly appreciated.

i.e. (client would come to the site and choose to book a 1/2 day guide trip on 6/30/2013 for 2 people. Another client would visit the site and want to book a guide trip for himself for a full day on another body of water)
