Hello,

The recovery link does not work. It redirects to a 404 error page from Sendinblue with a form to submit an error report.

In the error message field, I have this information : build-verify URL: build UrlParams: build-verify URL: cleanURL: invalid URL: parse “‘https://xactskateshop.com/checkout/?wcf_ac_token=d2NmX3Nlc3Npb25faWQ9MzA3ZDQzNGQzZWVjYmU4YmY2Y2Q2N2ExOGE1MTQ0NjImd2NmX3ByZXZpZXdfZW1haWw9MA%3D%3D'”: first path segment in URL cannot contain colon

Any idea why?

Please check the email template and see if the checkout URL shortcode is added correctly.

You can try to remove and add the shortcode again.

Great thanks it’s working! For an unknown reason, there was a single quote surrounding the ahref. I removed it and it’s working now.
