recovery leave a comment

    I’d like to allow the comment on my blog. Actually I have at the end of each post the link – leave a comment – but if I click on it does not open the comment known form.

    I cheched in settings, discussion but the option “allow the people” is checked.

    Can you please tell me how may I fix this trouble?

    In single.php, of my child theme, I see these codes:

    </div><!-- .comments-link -->
			<?php endif; // comments_open() ?>

(......)

				<?php comments_template( '', true ); ?>

			<?php endwhile; // end of the loop. ?>

    Are they the cause of my trouble to modify?
