Hi I was doing some database cleaning yesterday and accidentally deleted one of my customer’s databases lol.

Luckily it’s a rather small website and I still have all the content and images, page views, cached, etc.

Was wondering where I might look under the ftp folder for a backup? I see multiple updraft folders but no sql files saved. I’m not 100% where I saved the backup or if i even have a backup but if there is one where would I look in the file tree?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Look in your ‘Existing Backups’ tab. This will show backups that UpdraftPlus has taken. An icon will show for each remote storage destination that the backup was sent to. Or, double-click on the backup date to show all UD’s internal information about the backup.

The site is down though, deleted the database accidentally lol. I was wondering if I could find a possible backup in filezilla.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

Any backups that are not stored in remote storage will be stored in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory.
